FR Class A2+
Viva has been the first in India to introduce FR grade Aluminium Corrugated Composite Panel (ACCP). Solid aluminium sheet is used as core which is compressed and bonded between two aluminium coil. ACCP is easy to clean, easy to maintain, non-toxic, no toxic gas release, and adheres to sophisticated environmental protection requirements. The tensile strength, compressive strength, 180 degree peeling strength is higher than that of honeycomb panel. It also has ultra-high surface flatness and easy processing shortening installation time.
Why Choose Viva Aluminium Corrugated Core Composite Panel
1. Lightweight
2. Easy to Install
3. Sound Insulation
4. Weather Durability
5. Thermal Insulation
6. Fire Resistance Class A2

FR Class B1 & A2
Fire Retardant is a substance that is used to slow or stop the spread of fire or reduce its intensity. This is commonly accomplished by chemical reactions that reduce the flammability of fuels or delay their combustion. Fire retardants may also cool the fuel through physical action or endothermic chemical reaction. Fire Retardant material core is made with Magnesium Hydroxide Aluminium Tri Hydroxide.
Why Choose Viva FR Grade Composite Panel
1. Fire Retardant ACP is a Safe Product
2. Low Flammability – Helps safe evacuation and saves live
3. Allow people to vacate the building
4. Minimize the losses when a fire occurs
5. Generates low smoke
6. Zero Burning droplets
7. Delays flame spread
8. No toxics Fumes

Low Density Poly Ethylene Core
We strongly recommended to use VIVA FR Grade ACPs only.
Aluminum Composite panels are one of the most popular sustainable materials which is used worldwide for the building construction industry. ACP or Aluminum Composite Panel is sandwich panel comprising of two aluminum sheets bonded to an organic compound/ inorganic mineral filled inner core material which could be of high density or low density.
Why Choose Viva Low Density Poly Ethylene (LDPE) Core
1. Adding true beauty to on facade cladding
2. Easily and quick installation
3. Excellent weather resistance
4. Easy to maintains and cleaning
5. Outstanding sound and thermal insulation
6. Provide freedom of design and flexibility
7. Green building products
8. Wide range of colour, shade and texture
9. It is safe in terms of earthquake, it does not add extra load on building, light weight

Thickness
VIVA ACPs are readily available in 6mm, 4mm and 3mm with the Aluminium coil thicknesses varying from 0.25 mm to 0.50mm. The thickness of ACP’s can be made customized on special order/requirement or as per largely depends on the height at which it is to be installed mainly because of the wind velocity that will differ at that altitude upto 10mm.
